Cancellation / Refund
You have up to 5 calendar days prior to the event to cancel it.
To be eligible for a refund due to cancellation we would ask that you provide us a written request and the reasons as to why you or a colleague is unable to attend.
You must provide us with a copy of the invoice / receipt created at the time of booking on i2e.
You will receive the credit to your payment card within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
