Innovation Insights is a low cost tech diffusion model multiplying successes of individual companies.

Typically, between 20 to 60 participants meet at a Victorian enterprise to explore their application of a best practice. The host delivers a presentation on their companies vision and best practice followed by a “warts and all” presentation of the particular tool, system or practice.

A tour of the facility to see the best practice in operation is concluded with a formal learning debrief, where the i2e facilitators examine First impressions, Feed back (to host), Key learning’s and Take-aways to consolidate the learning experience for each participant.

This program has established itself as one of the most successful government sponsored programs.
