Most notably they have developed and constructed a new state-of-the-art bakery which harnesses waste heat from refrigeration systems, redistributes heat recovered from freshly baked products and employs new hybrid vehicle technologies to reduce their carbon footprint by over 5000 tonnes of CO2 annually. But they haven’t stopped there as Triple Bottom Line reporting has been introduced to ensure a totally holistic approach to its sustainability journey.
