OzPress is a small multi award winning SME, supplying small pressed components to a number of manufacturers including the automotive industry.
OzPress supplies parts as both a tier 1 and tier 2 supplier.
OzPress are in the process of adding value and capacity to their business through the adoption of Lean Manufacturing principles.
Of particular interest will be the story of the OzPress evolution as an SME from a traditional “push-drive” manufacturing base, right through the investigation and staged commissioning of a “pull-drag” process inspired by Lean Manufacturing Principles, heavily influenced by Toyota.
Oz press have been recognised for their process improvement by being awarded Toyota supplier of the year award multiple times
